LAUREN COHEN · LCSW / LICSW

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, where you are the expert of your own life. We’ll work together to explore what feels stuck, with curiosity, compassion, and room for all of your “parts.”

I’m a Los Angeles native, and a White, cis-gendered (she/her) clinician. I am open about these parts of my identity when we work together, and strive to create a space where all of your parts always feel seen and welcome.

PROFESSIONAL CONNECTIONS

MY APPROACH

We’ll figure things out together.

I approach therapy with a dynamic and evolving perspective, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs.

  1. 01

    Start With Curiosity

There’s room to bring what’s on your mind, even when you don’t have the words yet.

  2. 02

    Listen to All Your Parts

We can explore your internal world without making any part of you the enemy.

  3. 03

    Find Your Own Direction

You already carry deep wisdom and an innate sense of knowing. Our work makes room to hear it.

ONLINE, WITH ROOM TO CONNECT

California & Massachusetts.

I work with adults and couples through telehealth across California and Massachusetts. We’ll meet by video, from a private space where you feel comfortable.

There’s no office commute. There’s still space for a real relationship, thoughtful conversation, and the work you want to do.
